About 12 months ago, we embarked upon a journey to create a sustainable ecosystem, promote green living and improve billions of lives with cellulosic chemistry.
Cellulose can be produced via plants, animals or microorganisms such as bacteria and marine species. Each source brings its own unique way and timeline of producing cellulose. However, some of these processes are neither environmental friendly nor sustainable and green.
With several successful experiments of combining material sciences, biotechnology and machine learning, we excel in producing at scale bio-based cellulose from bacteria in a clean and innovative way. The rebranding supports our primary goal to replace microplastics (gels or beads) and other harmful ingredients from our daily lives and revolutionize the personal care, food and packaging industries. It also helps us define our mission, our culture, and our philosophy, and accurately position ourselves as the promoters of a clean and sustainable tomorrow.
