Role and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy
- Lead content creation and communication efforts across platforms, including writing for websites, newsletters, and social media posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist with website maintenance, managing content, editing graphics, and handling press relations.
- Generate creative ideas to boost BIOWEG's visibility and presence.

Business Development
- Manage all sales materials, including funnels, commercial, and technical presentations.
- Assist with organizational tasks, such as events applications, coordination and logistics.
- Represent BIOWEG at relevant events and engage with potential prospects, when possible.

Qualifications and Experience

- You are currently in your final year of studies or have recently graduated from university with a Master's degree in areas related to Marketing, Business, and/or Management.
- You possess strong written communication skills and enjoy composing articles and newsletters.
- You exhibit curiosity on topics related to Sustainability and Circular Economy.
- You have experience in social media management.
- You possess knowledge in graphics and image editing, preferably using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
- You have acquired some experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum B1 proficiency in German is required.

Recruitment Process
